Fall Fest is a free, family-friendly event open to everyone: Headwaters students, families, alumni, neighbors, grandparents, and friends. Come one, come all!

What types of activities will there be?
Live music featuring talent from across the Headwaters community and Austin’s music scene Student Art Show Disney Princess Meet & Greet Petting Zoo Pony Rides Inflatables Tricycle Race Inflatable Touch a Firetruck, including guided tours and fire safety information Costume Parade Halloween Spirit Booth with face painting, hair chalk, temporary tattoos, and pumpkin painting Haunted House Fall-themed crafts and coloring Fall-themed photo opportunity Pie to the Face fundraiser Food Trucks Coffee Cart Beer Garden and Drinks Most activities are included with free admission. Food, beverages, Student Art Show auction items, and select fundraising activities may have an additional cost.
Who is performing live?
We’re excited to welcome performers from across the Headwaters community and Austin music scene: 10:15–10:50 a.m. Oliver Steck 11–11:30 a.m. Charlie Faye + Edie Faye with Connor O'Brien 11:30 a.m.–12 p.m. Brando 12–12:30 p.m. Carrie Rodriguez and Luke Jacobs 1–1:30 p.m. Alexandria Pharos & Band Aid School of Music Come for your favorite act or stay for the whole lineup.
How do I get there and park?
Fall Fest 2025 will be held at Headwaters School’s Creek Campus, located at: 9607 Brodie Ln., Austin, TX 78748 Plenty of parking is available at Randalls in Shady Hollow Village (9911 Brodie Ln, Austin, TX 78748). There is also a shuttle running all day long from the Randall’s parking lot. There is no parking on campus for this event. Please also be mindful of not parking at neighboring businesses, as they may tow. When you arrive, please stop by the Welcome Table to check in. You won’t need to show an email confirmation or printed ticket, just tell us your name, and we’ll get you checked off the list.
What food and drink is available?
Complimentary Beer Garden with beer, wine, and mimosas for guests 21+ Complimentary Waterloo Sparkling Water Food and drinks available for purchase from Sweet Grind Coffee Truck, Punto Argentino, Mom and Pops Frozen Pops. Hot pizza slices for sale! Families are also welcome to bring their own food and drink. Just no glass, peanuts, or alcohol.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at the fest! Please notify us at development@headwaters.org if you plan on bringing a service animal (no emotional support animals permitted).
